Are you a handy, organized couple who loves the outdoors and the peace of upstate New York? We are looking for a dedicated and professional couple (team) to manage a cattle farm, a ranch home, and a hospitality (AirBnB) business upstate New York. The role requires a unique balance of modest agricultural experience, property maintenance skills and hospitality management. The ideal candidates are independent self starters who thrive in a flexible environment, enjoy the outdoors and have minimal mechanical skills. This is an exclusive role for the property. This is a live in role. Housing on property.

Key Responsibilities:

Cattle Operations: Manage daily cattle moves and coordinate with farm management on herd and health.

Infrastructure: Maintain fences and provide stacked stone wall maintenance/construction. Light Carpentry.

Grounds: Execute weed whacking, landscaping, brush cleaning and regular garbage/dump runs. Pasture maintenance as needed. Plowing and Seasonal Snow removal.

Home Systems: Manage and troubleshoot all home systems, including Nest thermostat installation and internet/IT management.

Household Management: AirBnb Operations: Serve as primary manager and point of contact for all guests, handle all tax-related reporting.

Inventory & Groceries, Domestic Services, Administrative and Logistics, Contractor Management, Minimal Travel.

Snow Plowing and Removal.

Requirements:

Experience in property management and hospitality, basic ranch work is preferred, mechanically inclined, light carpentry ability is helpful. Physical: Comfortable with manual labor, outdoor work in all seasons, Comfortable with tools and being outside. Schedule: Flexibility to work around owners schedule, including weekend availability for grocery runs or light cleaning.

Salary: Competitive annual salary based on experience.

Incentives: 10% revenue share of all airBnB income.

Housing: Private accommodation in a three-bedroom ranch.
