We are seeking a part-time Sales & Operations Manager with a strong focus on sales and account growth to expand our wholesale presence, drive reorders while ensuring the operational backbone of the business runs smoothly.
About the Role
This is a sales-driven role with administrative responsibility. You will lead revenue growth through wholesale relationships while working closely with leadership and our warehouse team to ensure seamless execution from order intake through delivery.
This position is ideal for someone who understands that great sales are built on relationships, follow-through, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus)
- Grow wholesale revenue through new account development and ongoing relationship management
- Drive reorders through thoughtful, proactive outreach
- Identify and pursue new wholesale partners aligned with the Mad Rose ethos
- Lead sales efforts for corporate gifting and bulk orders
- Maintain a clear sales pipeline and consistent follow-up cadence
Operations & Account Management (Supporting Role)
- Oversee wholesale and direct-to-consumer orders from intake through fulfillment
- Work closely with our warehouse team on inventory, production timelines, and shipping logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Serve as a primary point of contact for wholesale customers post-sale
- Support invoicing, payments, and internal reporting
Compensation
- Monthly retainer (commensurate with experience and scope)
- Commission on sales directly generated, including:
- New wholesale accounts
- Reorders you actively manage
- Corporate gifting and bulk order opportunities
Ideal Candidate
- Proven sales experience within food, beverage, or CPG
- Comfortable opening accounts, nurturing relationships, and closing business
- Highly organized, with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Confident collaborating with warehouse and operations teams
- Energized by relationship-driven selling rather than transactional sales
- Excited to work within the Neal Rosenthal Group ecosystem

Compensation
this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $40.00 - $55.00
