Job description

Parlor Coffee is looking for a Temporary Production Assistant to support our roasting and fulfillment operations during a busy production period. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately assemble, label, and package roasted coffee
• Pick, pack, and prepare wholesale and retail orders for local delivery and shipment
• Assist with inventory tracking of packaging, labels, and shipping supplies
• Stage roasted batches for packaging as directed
• Support green coffee handling, roastery organization, and general facility upkeep
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food-safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with local wholesale partner deliveries as needed
• Follow all safety, PPE, and operational protocols
• Participate in production meetings and cuppings when scheduled

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team
• Able to work efficiently in a production or warehouse-style environment
• Prior experience in production, fulfillment, warehouse, food, or manufacturing environments is a plus, but not required
• Interest in coffee or food production is a bonus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
