Company description
Nimbus is an innovative shared kitchen company on a mission to bring the dark kitchen industry to the light. By combining hourly and long-term kitchen rentals with events programming, Nimbus allows businesses to launch their concepts, scale production, and nurture relationships with their customers with little risk and minimal capital commitment.
Our dominant NYC footprint, premium kitchen facilities, community focus, and flexible rental options make us the kitchen operations partner that food brands, real estate developers, delivery platforms, and consumers crave: we’ve established ourselves as the preeminent shared kitchen in New York City and work with leading brands including DoorDash, noma, and Netflix, in addition to cult favorites like Roberta’s Pizza, Milk Bar, Red Rabbit, and Best Damn Cookies.
We opened our first kitchen on the Lower East Side in early 2021, opened Downtown Brooklyn mid-2022, expanded to SoHo and Midtown in late 2023, as well as our first Chicago facility in 2024
