We offer seasonal outdoor fine dining 6 nights a week from May-October. Our small familial staff is professional and committed.

Job description

Martha's Vineyard restaurant is hiring for the summer season. Here, our chef Christian Fischhuber prepares refined seasonal and local cuisine in a prix-fixe format.

We are seeking talented and ambitious full-time LINE COOKS for dinner Service 6 nights a week.

Ideal Hot App, Entremet, or Garde Manger LINE COOK candidate will possess:

• 1+ year experience in a fine dining restaurant

• Ability to take direction well

• Sense of urgency

• Good hygiene and sanitation practices

• Excellent communication skills

• Passion for cooking

Potential housing opportunity. Private room with private bathroom, water views and walking distance to the beach.

This is a full-time, seasonal position, spanning roughly 21 weeks.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $24,000.00 - $27,000.00
