Company description
Harbor Herbalist Tea and Orchard Botanicals is our tea company and farm in Port Orchard, Washington. Since 2010 we have been producing an inspiring line of herbal teas that we sell year round at three farmers markets in Seattle. Our 20 acre farm grows many of the herbs we use in our teas, as well as, seasonal flowers and fruits. Aside from seasonal flower bouquets and duck eggs, most of what we grow and sell is transformed into value added products (teas, jams, hydrosols, and salves). We farm using regenerative farming principles. We have spent many years understanding the ecology of our farm and this knowledge helps us farm in cooperation with nature, rather than forcing it to bend to our will. Our love of plants, herbalism, and the daily ritual of tea drinking has created a company that is unlike any other. We celebrate our ecosystems here in the PNW and participate in reciprocity with nature to nurture humans and landscapes at the same time.
