As a member of the Tour Crew, you’ll travel with us to incredible landscapes, help lead the execution of each event, and be part of delivering unforgettable dining experiences. This is a salaried, full-time position. Lodging, travel, and event-day meals are included.
Our tour runs from May through November and crew are expected to travel with the team for the entirety of this time.

Job Description
Our Host is the face of our events and plays a key role in shaping the guest experience and event flow. The Host must be outgoing, confident, and connected to our mission, sharing the stories of the farms, farmers, chefs, and restaurants we partner with.
Responsibilities include managing the reception area, checking-in guests, delivering opening remarks, assisting with seating, arranging plate displays, and coordinating with the farmer on timing for remarks and tours. The Host also works with the Reception Manager to ensure guest safety, efficiency, and smooth transitions.
Serving as the on-site Guest Relations & Marketing liaison, the Host supports the Guest Relations Manager by managing reservations, fostering guest relationships, and keeping reception organized and timely. TheHost also acts as the primary point of contact for the on-site photographer, providing event details to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with the tour crew to develop and execute load-in and load-out plans based on the founders vision
- Communicate with Guest Relations Team on special guest list requests/needs and relay that information to Tour Crew
- Facilitate the setup and breakdown of the check-in and the reception station alongside the Reception Manager
- Provide direction to production staff members delegated to work with you
- Check in with reception beverage producers upon arrival and provide instructions for pouring during the reception hour
- Check guests in, communicate constantly and efficiently with the crew to provide accurate guest counts throughout guest check-in
- Accurately and efficiently collect large party information to relay to the FoH Manager
- Deliver an opening remark to approximately 200 guests at each event
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in farm tours
- Act as the on-site manager for booked photographers and press guests, ensuring relevant event details are shared
- Serve as the on-site lead for Guest Relations and communications on event days, serving as the point of contact for any guest emergencies or complaints
- Communicate with Guest Relations team on event days regarding details that should be communicated to guests
- Foster strong working relationships with VIP and returning guests
- Provide direction to production staff members delegated to work with you
- Collect guest notes and feedback on the ground and input that information into the Guest List following each event
- Document site notes for inclusion in the online database to support guest navigation and inquiries
- Manage inventory and organization of all Lost & Found items
General Tour Support
- Provide additional tour support and administrative assistance when requested and needed
- Communicate with Tour Manager on tour schedule
- Assist in the errands and tasks on non-event days (i.e. menu pick-up, event laundry, repair needs, and miscellaneous items)
- Act as a back-up driver on the road
Content & Storytelling
Your perspective is essential to helping us share the spirit and humanity of each gathering with our wider audience since our marketing team is not usually present on-site. All Tour Crew members are required to capture content from life on the road, including:
- Behind-the-scenes photos and videos
- Brief written or spoken summaries following each event sharing reflections and details of the event
- Insights into life on the road — travel days, team rituals, favorites (songs, snacks, etc.), obstacles (ex: trailer got stuck)
Working Conditions
Special working conditions require regular evening and weekend work, including extended shifts of 12 hours or more. Work is performed in a variety of weather conditions and takes place outdoors, requiring comfort and resilience in the elements. Substantial travel is expected on non-event days, including driving multiple hours between production locations.
Living Conditions
Accommodations may include hotels, homeshares, or camping, depending on location and availability. Shared rooms are common, so comfort with communal living is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset and maintain high standards of cleanliness and respect in shared living spaces.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding position. Individuals must be able to stand for long periods, lift and carry heavy equipment regularly, perform repetitive tasks, work in confined spaces, and safely ascend or descend ramps while carrying gear.
Key Qualities
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Experience with public speaking

- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace - comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
- Confidence in driving a truck, and learning to drive with an attached trailer
- Criminal and incident free driving record is required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Compensation
- $4,000 monthly salary
- $500 monthly non-deductible travel stipend
- 5 days PTO
