Job description

Oryana Community Co-op is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide positive brand awareness and recognition while leading the efforts of brand guideline enforcement so that a consistent, exceptional customer experience is provided. The Marketing Manager also works to achieve the goals, objectives and standards in alignment with the co-op’s mission and supports the goals and strategies of the GM.

The ideal candidate will have marketing and supervisory experience. Prior marketing experience in a retail environment is preferred. This position must be able to work at all Oryana locations.

The starting salary for this position will be $65,354 - $81,276 annually, experience considered. Oryana employees receive a great store discount (25% off most purchases), paid time-off and other benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, and 401k with employer match.
