Job description
The Restaurant Manager is a full-time position that over-sees the Restaurant, its staff, and additional F&B venues within the hotel.
Requirements:
- Passion for culinary excellence and guest service
- Must be able to work well independently, as well with other Managers
- Commitment to exceed guest expectations
- Strong attention to detail and a customer first approach. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure operational standards are consistently met
- Staff Development: Train, coach, and mentor employees in order to help them achieve success in their position
- Administrative Duties to include: Scheduling and payroll
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to motivate team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
This is a hands-on leadership role that includes regularly working floor shifts alongside the team
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years Food & Beverage Management Experience
- Must have previous Serving and Bartending Experience
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude at all times.
- Must have full open availability to include days, nights, weekends, holidays and On-Call.
- Experience with Simphony and OpenTable operating systems are a Plus

Compensation
this position is: salaried, $60,406 - $75,000
