Job description
We are looking for a Sales and Relationships Manager to join our growing Roastery team. This position is an opportunity to help develop our wholesale and CPG sales program from the ground up. We are seeking a positive, highly motivated individual who is interested in collaborating with our quality focused team to build a foundation for ambitious growth in B2B, DTC and CPG coffee sales.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow wholesale sales in accordance with key development metrics
-Collaborate with company leadership to set budgets for marketing and sales development activities
-Ensure that sales strategy is targeted toward achieving growth objectives; monitor performance and rework strategy to continuously drive the program forward
-Help to develop and execute onboarding system for new clients
-Conduct regular visits to accounts to monitor satisfaction and ensure quality standards are being upheld
-Coordinate and assist with training of new and existing clients
-Advise accounts on equipment purchases, work with Roastery team to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain equipment
-Host and attend cuppings, tastings and events to grow brand awareness and strengthen professional network
-Prepare and deliver quarterly sales performance reviews to evaluate progress

Qualifications:
-Account and/or Sales Manager experience in specialty coffee, wine or other specialty product
-Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about the intricacies of specialty coffee and the specialty coffee industry
-Some knowledge of coffee grinding and brewing equipment a plus
-Proficiency with business and sales management software and programs (I.e. Google Suite, Shopify, Square, Salesforce/HubSpot CRM)
Compensation
this position is: salaried, $64,350 - $75,000
