Company description
Two Creek is a regenerative USDA-organic farm in Northeast Pennsylvania dedicated to producing nutrient-dense food for our local community while restoring ecology. We raise 3,000 broilers, 500 layers, and 500 turkeys each season, adaptively graze 30 cattle and 150 sheep, and farrow and finish about 30 hogs in forests using holistic management principles informed by Allan Savory's work.

About This Role
You'll support the daily care of our diverse livestock operation, from routine feeding and health monitoring to specialized tasks like pasture rotations, lambing, and equipment operation. This is hands-on, physical work performed mostly outdoors in varying weather conditions, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as animal needs require.
Key Responsibilities
Daily feeding, watering, and care of poultry, hogs, cattle, and sheep
Manage pasture rotations using portable fencing for cattle and sheep
Collect eggs and maintain animal areas
Support lambing, farrowing, and calving events
Perform animal husbandry tasks including tagging, banding, and hoof trimming
Monitor animal health and communicate concerns immediately
Operate and maintain farm equipment, including side-by-sides and livestock trailers
Keep accurate records and support farmers market sales
Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills
Demonstrated livestock experience on a farm
Ability to safely work with multiple species
Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment and drive a truck with a livestock trailer
Physical Capacity
Repeatedly lift 50 lbs for 25 feet
Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions and varying weather
Availability for occasional nights and weekends
Reliability & Communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Show up on time and communicate clearly about scheduling needs
Willingness to adjust schedule if a team member is out or in case of emergency
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Legal Requirements
Travel between our two farm locations on a regular basis (valid driver's license required).

this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
