Job description

Gathering Team Members are responsible for assembling our ready to cook recipe kits. In this role, you'll be portioning pantry staples and fresh local food. You'll carefully pack the meals with an eye for quality, then prepare individual orders for delivery. Experience packing CSAs and/or food prep experience are helpful, but are not necessary.

We are currently looking for a full-time candidate who could work 5 days per week - weekends included. Starting pay is $17/hour.

Additional responsibilities are available for those who qualify with opportunity for increased pay up to $19/hour - for instance, inventory management, farmers market/retail support and delivery day logistics.

We offer employee discounts on meal kits. Full-time employees have the option to enroll in employer-based health insurance, and PTO. We are a small company that cares about our people and have a great work environment.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
