Our menu changes frequently, guided by long-standing relationships with local farms and producers, and nearly everything is made in house — from pasta and bread to pizza dough and desserts. An extensive, all-Italian wine list, rooted in both iconic estates and small family-run producers, anchors the dining experience.

Job description

We are seeking a professional server with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a quality-driven restaurant.

This position requires someone who understands hospitality as a craft — attentive, composed, and detail-oriented. Our dining room is built on relationships with regular guests and special occasion dining, and we value a thoughtful, confident tableside presence.

Qualifications & Expectations:

Minimum 4 years serving experience in a professional restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of service fundamentals and dining room etiquette
Working knowledge of Italian wine required; broader wine knowledge expected
Familiarity with regional Italian producers and appellations
Ability to confidently guide guests through a frequently changing seasonal menu
Comfort speaking about sourcing and ingredients
Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills
Evening and weekend availability
Wine certifications are welcome but not required — fluency, curiosity, and discipline matter most.

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a steady, established restaurant with high standards and a strong sense of community.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $16.50 - 20/hr
