Company description
Coastal Queen Milling is a woman-owned regional grain mill rooted in Holyoke, Massachusetts. We mill premium, fresh-milled flour from locally grown, regeneratively farmed grains with one clear purpose: to make regional flour a valued, trusted ingredient for bakers and food makers across New England and beyond.
At Coastal Queen, flour is more than an ingredient. It’s an agricultural product with a true taste of place. We mill fresh, regional grain chosen for flavor and baking performance, sourced from Northeast farms using organic and regenerative practices that support soil health and long-term stewardship. By keeping our supply chain close to home, we strengthen local agriculture, support resilient rural economies, and deliver flour that reflects beauty of the land it comes from.
Our flours are crafted for home bakers who care, professional artisans who demand consistency, and food businesses and institutions that value transparency and quality.
