Company description
We are a small-scale, no-till organic vegetable farm located in Kingfield, Maine. Our farm is built on a commitment to soil health, regenerative growing practices, and producing high-quality vegetables for our local community.
Operating as a production-focused market garden, we grow a diverse mix of vegetables using no-till methods designed to improve long-term soil structure, reduce disturbance, and build ecological resilience. Our farm is closely connected to the local food system and retail outlets, allowing us to provide fresh, thoughtfully grown produce directly to Western Maine customers.
We are building something long-term — an organized, resilient farm that values steady growth, professionalism, and meaningful work. Our team is small, hands-on, and collaborative. We prioritize clear communication, strong systems, and creating an environment where experienced growers can take ownership of their work while continuing to refine their skills.
As we grow, we are looking for team members who are motivated, reliable, and excited to contribute to a farm that values both productivity and purpose.
