Revel is a hybrid provisions shop, wine bar, and caterer located in Falmouth, ME. We are looking for a prep/line cook to join our team ahead of the busy season.

This is a full-time position - two line shifts ( Monday and Wednesday night) and three prep shifts ( Tuesday, Thursday, Friday days.) Weekends off!

Responsibilities include setting up and executing dinner service, receiving and putting away orders, efficiently executing daily prep lists for both catering and the wine bar, following recipes, maintaining a clean and organized work space, some dishes/cleaning, and contributing to a postive environment.

Kitchen experience required.

The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, organized, manages their time well, has an eye for detail, is a good communicator, worked well in a group setting and is willing to jump in and help with whatever needs to be prioritized.

Pay is hourly plus a share of kitchen tip pool ( online orders + catering orders/events.)
