Job description
We are looking for a prep manager to join our team ahead of the busy catering season.
This is a full time position, typically Tuesday through Saturday. Specific hours will vary depending on volume of catering orders, but we anticipate start time between 7-10am and end time between 2-5pm. Some flexibility is a must.
Responsibilities include receiving and putting away orders, efficiently executing daily prep lists for both catering and wine bar, following recipes, maintaining a clean and organized work space, some dishes/cleaning, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Some kitchen experience requires.
Ideal candidate is self sufficient, organized, manages their time efficiently, has an eye for detail, is a good communicator, works well in a group setting, and is willing to jump in and help with whatever needs to prioritized.

Compensation
