Oregon Road Organics is a certified organic specialty produce farm located in Cutchogue on Long Island’s North Fork. Founded in 2019, we are a family owned and operated farm. Since our founding, we have expanded to grow over 100 varieties of fruits and vegetables. Our farm operates with a commitment to sustainable, healthy practices including crop rotation, cover cropping, and Integrated Pest Management.

We sell wholesale organic produce across Long Island and Brooklyn, run a CSA program with around 150 families, and participate in several community Farmers Markets in Suffolk and Nassau counties.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Farm Crew member to assist with daily tasks such as weeding, seeding, planting, harvesting, and other farm related tasks as needed. This is a seasonal position from May to September, working 20-40 hours per week. Pay range is $17-$20 per hour, based on experience.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $16.50 - 20/hr
