Company description
Beyul Retreat is a special gathering place.
A century-old guest ranch that has been transformed into a creative art retreat. Beyul means 'hidden lands' in Tibetan. We have created a gathering place like no other. Our land is nestled in the Frying Pan River Valley deep in the Colorado Rocky Mountains – 1 hour from Aspen, CO. We took over the historic Diamond J guest ranch in late 2020 and have transformed the century-old property into a hub of art, live music, wellness & outdoor adventure. It's a place to disconnect from technology and connect to yourself and the beautiful land. Our property is on 32 private acres with National Forest access all around. It features a cedar sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge.
Hi there! We are looking to grow our team, which is also our community, for our 2026 summer season. From May through October, we have back-to-back wellness retreats, corporate retreats, weddings, idea conferences, and more. We are looking to hire motivated, responsible, and adventurous individuals to contribute to the incredible culture here at Beyul Retreat.
* Work will begin May 28th and goes through the end of October 2026. *Please note that a car is required for this position as we are about an hour from the closest town and grocery store.
For staff utilizing Beyul-provided or Beyul-coordinated housing, Beyul will cover 50% of the monthly accommodation cost, with the employee portion typically ranging from $200–$500 per month, depending on room type, season, and availability.
For staff members who choose to provide their own housing by living in a personal camper or RV located on a nearby neighboring property, Beyul will increase the employee’s hourly wage by $2.00 per hour in lieu of housing support.
