Job description

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging and educational content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Serve as an on-camera personality and storyteller for the brand
• Capture content outdoors, in nature, and during brand activities
• Develop and execute a social media strategy focused on growth, engagement, and brand education
• Plan and schedule content using Sprout Social
• Track analytics and adjust strategy based on performance
• Collaborate with our team to translate our mission and products into meaningful content
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform changes
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Proven experience developing and executing a successful social media strategy
• Experience using Sprout Social for scheduling and analytics
• Strong skills in video creation, storytelling, and editing
• Comfortable being on camera and representing a brand publicly
• Passion for health, wellness, herbalism, mushrooms, or natural supplements
• Someone who genuinely enjoys nature, hiking, and the outdoors
• Ability to create content that matches our educational, authentic, non-corporate tone
• Based in Philadelphia, PA
