Rude Mouth is seeking a dedicated and eager Prep Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and plating 5-6 small plates in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality standards and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble bar snacks according to our menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas.
• Assist in inventory management and food storage.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Assist in washing dishes
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food.
• Food Handlers Certificate is a plus

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $16.50 - 20/hr
