Job description
We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Front of House Manager to lead our dining room through evening and weekend service. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who brings poise, empathy, and strong operational instincts to a refined, high-volume environment, and who is eager to continue developing their leadership craft within a fine-dining setting.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in a service management role, thrives under pressure, and leads with calm authority, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee nightly front-of-house operations during evening and weekend services
- Manage reservations and guest flow using Resy
- Lead and facilitate pre-shift meetings, clearly communicating service priorities and standards
- Schedule, organize, and lead ongoing front-of-house trainings to support service excellence, consistency, and team development
- Provide active leadership and hands-on support on the floor throughout service
- Collaborate closely with the Back of House team to ensure seamless communication and service flow
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all guest-facing spaces before, during, and after service
- Balance cash drawers, collect cash, and resolve end-of-shift closing issues
- Prepare end-of-shift sales reports and service notes
- Ensure all closing procedures are followed consistently and to standard across the property
- Identify, address, and report any maintenance or facilities issues as they arise

Compensation
this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
