We are selling a small owner operator, bakery located in the east side of Providence, Rhode Island. It is located on the Providence protection line.

We took over the space in August 2023 and began building out the blank space by adding new vinyl floors, new drop ceiling tiles and frame as well as new wall tiles. We also increased the size of the electric water heater, and purchased all new equipment, both electrical and non-electrical and display items all brand new.

The coffee we currently sell lends to us a grinder and brewer, which would need to be returned if the new owners decided to use a different coffee company, however, we do own 3 - 1 gallon spigots dispensers.

A complete list of all of our inventory of equipment both large and small can be provided upon request.

The space is currently set up for a Takeaway business that also has a walk up window we put in place for those customers who choose not to or cannot enter the space to make a purchase.

In addition to all of this, we are including in the sale all of our recipes and any training required on those recipes as well as any information on how we ran our business and vendor list.

It is a small bakery that has carved out a space in the community. We serve a variety of baked goods that changes weekly. Includes a mix of sweet and savory as well as custom ordered cakes. Additionally, we source a locally roasted coffee that is not sold anywhere in the state at the moment.

Iin addition to our baked goods we sell made to order breakfast sandwiches, retail candy items, bottled beverages and house made confections.

The space is 400ft sq and opened 5 days a week. The first year we were opened for 10 months due to opening late in the year and a vacation, and the second year we were opened approximately 10 1/2 months due to vacations that were taken.

There are simple ways to increase the sales or add staff to grow the revenue.
