Join Our Creative Kitchen
Village Music Café in Wellington, FL is looking for a motivated, creative cook or sous chef ready to step into a leadership role in a unique live music environment.
This is not a typical restaurant job.
We’re a community-driven music venue and café where food, creativity, and live performance come together—and we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape the kitchen while building on an existing menu.
What You’ll Do
· Execute and maintain our current café-style menu (consistency + quality)
· Bring fresh ideas: specials, new dishes, and seasonal updates
· Help streamline kitchen operations and prep systems
· Take ownership of kitchen organization, cleanliness, and food standards
· Collaborate with ownership on menu evolution and event-based offerings

Compensation
· Starting at $22/hour
Who You Are
· 1–3+ years kitchen experience (line cook, prep cook, or sous chef)
· Passionate about food and open to creativity
· Organized, reliable, and able to take initiative
· Looking to grow into a leadership role (not just clock in/out)
