Job description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation and service, maintaining strict quality and sanitation standards, assisting with the planning and growing of produce, and lending a hand to fellow teammates as needed and when time allows.
The Chef at Bradford Camps is responsible for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for 20 to 32 guests depending on the season.
This is a 6 day per week position, May through November. Paid $28 hourly with time and a half overtime and a share of guest gratuity. Housing and meals are provided.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years recent, professional cooking experience
-At least one year as a Lead Sous, CDC, or Chef
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work efficiently and remain calm
-Attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation
-MUST play well with others.
Food Safety Certification is required.

Note: This is a remote location with no nearby services. Candidates must be prepared for the challenges and rewards of rural camp life. All team members must live on property. While family members and partners may occasionally visit based on guest counts at the time, we do not allow anyone other than employees to live at camp.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
