Responsibilities

Follow precise baking instructions to perform routine tasks consistently and efficiently. 
 Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
Must be able to perform all job functions safely to prevent contamination.
Must agree to wear the proper clothes and shoes for this job.
Show a sense of responsibility to team members as we appreciate very much each other's work.

Required Skills

Detail-oriented. Ability to follow instructions precisely.
Good hand-eye coordination
Excellent communication skills: clear, direct communication essential (employer has hearing limitations).
Team accountability, we support each other and maintain open communication.

We are a gradually growing start up, and sometimes need to lift 50 lbs. bags.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
