You'll support production operations, maintain food safety standards, and create engaging behind-the-scenes content that showcases our process and connects with customers.

Responsibilities

Follow recipe instructions and production processes precisely.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
Handle food items safely during storage, preparation, and disposal.
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination.
Create photos and videos for social media showcasing kitchen activities.
Being accountable for one’s actions, show a sense of responsibility to team members.

Required Skills

Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and detail. Ability to follow instructions precisely.
Good hand-eye coordination
Excellent communication skills: clear, direct communication essential (employer has hearing limitations). Team accountability, we support each other and maintain open communication.
No prior experience required – we'll train you.

Compensation
