Now Hiring: Retail & Barista Program Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Retail & Barista Program Manager to lead and elevate the daytime café experience within our busy restaurant. This is a salaried leadership role for someone who is as passionate about systems and structure as they are about hospitality, coffee, and team development.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and oversee all retail operations, including inventory management, ordering, merchandising, and product curation
- Lead and develop the barista program, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in all coffee and beverage offerings
- Train, mentor, and inspire the barista team, setting clear standards and fostering growth
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage purchasing to align with budget and business needs
- Ensure the café and retail spaces are clean, organized, and visually compelling
- Drive operational excellence during high-volume daytime service
- Collaborate with leadership on seasonal offerings, retail strategy, and guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in café management, retail operations, or a similar leadership role
- Strong background in coffee and barista training/program development
- Highly organized with experience in inventory systems, ordering, and cost control
- A natural leader with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
- A strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail
- Ability to balance hands-on service with big-picture operational thinking

What We're Looking For
Experience:
At least 3-5 years in restaurant or cafe management, including beverage program oversight and retail sales.
Leadership:
A proven track record of leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams.
Passion for Hospitality:
An innate ability to connect with guests and create memorable dining experiences.
Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and driving sales in a dynamic environment.
Commitment to Quality:
A passion for farm-to-table dining and a dedication to upholding the highest standards in all aspects of operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant, cafe or retail management, preferably in a farm-to-table or high-quality dining environment.
- Expertise in beverage management, including wine, craft cocktails, and coffee.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgets, P&L management, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and coach staff.
- Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and sustainability.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
