Company description
We’re hiring a Forest & Guest Manager to steward the land and lead the guest experience across the property.
This role sits at the intersection of ecology and operations; caring for the land, maintaining systems, and creating a consistent, grounded experience for every guest who arrives.
It includes land management, site upkeep, guest communication, and overseeing the day-to-day rhythm of an agritourism setting.
This is not a scripted role. Conditions change. People arrive with different expectations. The work requires awareness, sound judgment, and the ability to act without waiting to be told.
The right person understands that stewardship and experience are connected; how the land is cared for shapes how it is received.
