Our owners Joe and Lauren Grimm began as "gypsy brewers", and have expended their name into a full scale brewery, taproom, winery, New Haven style pizzeria.
We are thrilled to begin a new adventure in as a Tavern and cafe/grocery.
Job description
We are seeking a sous chef to join what we will be downtown Brooklyn's newest Tavern. We are looking for a leader who is interested in collaborating on a menu that will be unique but not overly complicated. We are committed to creating work environment that fosters learning, a healthy work life balance, and mastery of our craft.
Compensation
this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
