Grimm Artisanal Ales is expanding to a full service restaurant. We are bringing our diverse beverage program and commitment to excellence to Vanderbilt Ave in Brooklyn.

Our owners Joe and Lauren Grimm began as "gypsy brewers", and have expended their name into a full scale brewery, taproom, winery, New Haven style pizzeria.

We are thrilled to begin a new adventure in as a Tavern and cafe/grocery.

Job description

We are seeking a sous chef to join what we will be downtown Brooklyn's newest Tavern. We are looking for a leader who is interested in collaborating on a menu that will be unique but not overly complicated. We are committed to creating work environment that fosters learning, a healthy work life balance, and mastery of our craft.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
