Doves Diner is located in a restored 1953 diner that we reopened this past March! We serve classic American diner fare. Open for breakfast and lunch, our focus is on warm hospitality, delicious food and creating a workplace that values balance and growth. We take pride in serving a homemade and timeless menu while celebrating the bounty of the Hudson Valley. Job description

We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our kitchen team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, this is a place to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive crew. We value attitude over experience—show up ready to be part of the team, and we’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Do

-Prepare and cook menu items across various stations (griddle, sauté, prep, etc.)
-Follow recipes and maintain consistency in quality and presentation
-Assist with daily prep, cleaning and organization of the kitchen
-Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
-Work collaboratively with the team during busy service periods
-Be open to learning new techniques and stations

Compensation

this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $20.00 - $27.00
