Job description
The Wine Club Member Services and Communications Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering a positive guest experience. This will include providing consistently professional and personalized email, phone and in-person interactions, striving for the highest level of service and warmth, and driving membership conversion and retention.
Essential functions:
Member and Guest Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Front Desk email correspondence, managing incoming phone calls and voicemails, and following up with members and guests as needed.
- Develop an enthusiastic way to speak about Scribe wine, providing insight to members and customers, and assisting in sales over the phone and via email.
- Work to forge special connections with members and learn specific details and preferences.
- Assist wine club members during the quarterly allocation process, providing support with account updates, shipping needs and allocation pick-up requests.
- Serve as support in all wine club outreach projects, including credit card declines, local pick-up outreach, returned allocation outreach, etc.
- Provide support with other wine club projects and outreach as needed.
Reservation Fulfillment
- Assist members or other guests with booking reservations, utilizing best judgment for reservation inquiries and special exceptions.
- Provide support to the Tasting Room team as needed, in person or to assist with payment processing at end of day.
- Oversee Scribe's daily influx of text messages to members and guests and responds accordingly.
Work Schedule
3 days a week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, in person, 10am to 6pm.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
