Job description
We are looking for a Line Cook for "Little Tart After Dark" bar program. Professional kitchen experience is preferred. Ideally we are seeking someone pursuing a long-term career in the hospitality industry who is interested in growing alongside our business for years to come. Great vibes, a collaborative approach, respect for the ingredients we use, and being able to thrive amid a high-energy, high-pressure environment are a must.
Responsabilities
- Plate dishes with care and attention to detail throughout a busy, fast-paced service
- Ensuring quality control in accordance with Little Tart recipes and standards
- Maintaining and stocking the line
- Conducting a daily inventory of pars for prepped and unprepped ingredients and assisting with daily prep schedule
- Assisting with other tasks as needed during service
- Maintaining food safety/DOH standards throughout our operation
- Daily setup and clean up of the equipment and kitchen
- Collaborating with FOH team to ensure timely service and the best guest experience possible
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
