Solid Wiggles, a boutique jelly company in Brooklyn is hiring at their cocktail jelly factory!

Porter:

Manage dish pit: wash dishes throughout the shift, put dry dishes away at the beginning of shift
Sweep and mop daily
Assist weekly deep clean projects
Manage Organization of storage spaces, receive pallets from the loading dock, organize deep storage
Put away Liquor and Paper/Box orders as they come in
Check mailroom for packages daily, unpack and put away all incoming packages
Manage disposal of paper recycling. Break down boxes as they are unpacked.

Fulfillment:

Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to make sure all orders are packed on time. Check in at the beginning of the shift for daily priorities.
Maintain stock of all brown and silver boards (all sizes should be in abundance at all times with a focus on 10” and 12” silver)
Maintain stock of Sampler boards
Stamp and fold 10” and 12” boxes (stock should be completely full when you clock out friday/last day of your week)
Assist Slicer with packing/stickering orders as needed
Maintain stock of all printed materials (stickers etc.)
Check with management for outgoing shipping labels daily, pack those orders as needed
Ensure that outgoing packages make it to the UPS truck

Must be comfortable around alcohol, able to lift 50lb.

Compensation Starts $24-25/hr depending on experience.
