Company description
Sam's Graces Cafe is an elevated, eclectic, scratch cafe serving thoughtful cuisine in the gaslight district of Petoskey, Michigan located steps away from Lake Michigan.
At Sam's Graces Cafe we are all about the quality of our food. We produce clean, traditional, honest cuisine that customers have been returning to for over 12 years.
Our cafe has 55 seats, serves breakfast, lunch and brick oven pizza with a fine dining focus but in a casual setting. Our food is produced from raw, organic ingredients using time-tested techniques to produce beautiful, delicious dishes. We do not use frozen or pre-packaged food - instead we make everything ourselves from the ground up including all of our baked goods, bread, sauces and even our ketchup and mustard.
We employ a small staff of up to 15 people. Our kitchen is very serious and intense about our product but we also like to laugh and have fun.
We operate an extremely clean, sanitary, safe, organized and efficient environment that focuses on team work, showcases the local bounty of seasonal products and produces a sophisticated level of breakfast and lunch that passionate culinarians can be proud of.
