Company description
Eastwood makes award-winning Virginia wines and ciders and has created a space for the community to enjoy good times in a beautiful setting with friends and family.
We began as four founders in 2018 bringing in our first harvest together. Since then, our team has blossomed to include more than 30 people who are dedicated to winemaking, wine education, agriculture, hospitality, the culinary arts, and the local community.
With big dreams, we are actively growing on a daily basis and our team continues to grow with it. We currently operate two tasting room spaces, an onsite kitchen, and a mobile food trailer. We host weddings and private events, participate in wine festivals across the East Coast, have a burgeoning wholesale business, and a quickly expanding wine club.
We spend each day perfecting our craft and taking what we learned yesterday into what we will do tomorrow. If any of this interests you, we’d love to hear from you.

Line cooks on our team work in our onsite food truck and/or in the kitchen in our tasting room. We are looking for people with a passion for great food, a drive to learn, attention to quality and detail, a strong work ethic, and a team mentality. Previous experience as a line or prep cook is a plus but not necessary if you are interested in learning and growing with our team. Work under the leadership of Chefs Cory Partridge and Lou Sumpter and be a part of what we are building at Eastwood. This is currently a part-time position though there are opportunities for growth on our team.
