Job description

Long Season Farm is hiring market staff for the 2026 season.

We run two weekly farmers markets and we're looking for someone who loves vegetables, enjoys connecting with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Markets:

Kingston Farmers Market — Saturdays, 8:00am–1:30pm
Beacon Farmers Market — Sundays, 9:00am–2:30pm

Our ideal candidate can work both markets, but if this opportunity appeals to you and you're only available for some dates, we encourage you to apply anyway.

What you'll do: Join our existing market team to set up and break down the booth, restock displays, work the register, and help customers find what they're looking for. Our customers are dedicated home cooks who care about what they eat — you'll be talking about food all morning.

Pay: $25/hour with a guaranteed minimum for each market worked. Staff also receive 50% off market vegetables.
