Job Title: Hot Line Cook (Part-Time)

Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation: Base hourly + tip share
About the Role
Dutchman's is looking for a passionate, experienced hot line cook to join our weekend breakfast team. The griddle is the heartbeat of our kitchen, and we need someone who treats it that way. This is a part-time position with real opportunity to grow for the right person.
Responsibilities
Own and operate the hot station through high-volume breakfast service
Manage the flattop and all its moving pieces with confidence and precision
Execute dishes consistently and with care, whether it's slammed or slow
Communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers throughout the shift
Maintain a clean, organized station in compliance with health and safety standards
Contribute to a positive, team-first kitchen culture every shift
Qualifications
Prior kitchen experience required
Hot station experience strongly preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong communication skills and composure under pressure
Reliable weekend availability (Fri, Sat & Sun)
Genuine passion for food and doing the job right
A team-first attitude and a kind, professional demeanor
