Our cookies and crackers are baked in our Brooklyn kitchen using high-quality, natural ingredients and layered, nuanced flavors. We care deeply about both what we make and how it’s experienced, from the ingredients to the way it’s packaged.
We’re a small, growing brand looking for team members to help share our story and bring our products to more tables.
Job description
- Support marketing strategy across DTC and wholesale
- Create engaging content (photos, video, Reels, Stories) aligned with our brand
- Assist with social media planning, posting, and consistency
- Research and reach out to potential wholesale partners (shops, markets, cafés)
- Join us weekly our Brooklyn kitchen for meetings and content shoots
Ideal Fit
- Strong visual eye with an interest in food, design, and lifestyle
- Must have experience working with content creation in food and/or lifestyle brands
- Comfortable with phone photography, video, and editing tools (CapCut, etc.)
- Organized, reliable, and able to plan content and outreach ahead of time
- Clear communicator - especially for writing emails and outreach
- Based in NYC and able to visit our kitchen periodically
Commitment & Compensation
- Part-time: ~16 hours/week
- Flexible schedule, hybrid
- $24–32/hour, depending on experience
Compensation
