Floyd and Connie's features updated American classics with a full bar in a gorgeous midcentury steakhouse setting right on the water - think muffaletta hot dogs and frozen Hemingway daqueris on the deck, antipasti trays for two with local cheeses and house made crackers, fried zucchini with yuzu kosho ranch for dipping, mid rare hanger steaks with crispy potatoes and scallion butter. The restaurant is a continuation of a successful popup we've had on the Mendo coast since 2022. We have a large local following and we truly expect to be the most exciting restaurant on the Mendocino coast.
Job description
Floyd and Connie's is hiring Back of House team members to help open up what we call our "martini shack by the sea".
We’re targeting a mid-June opening, and we’re looking for cooks and kitchen staff who want to be part of the process. We are building a professional, high-energy kitchen where standards are high and the work is rewarding.

We can help with relocating! The coast is a unique and gorgeous place with lots of creative young people. In the summer we head down to the river to soak the day away and in the fall we hunt for mushrooms in the forest. Compensation
