We’re looking for a versatile, engaged team member to support our evolving cafe and market program. This is a hybrid role that blends barista work, light bartending, table service, and retail sales. You’ll move between roles throughout the day - making coffee, pouring drinks, helping customers shop, and supporting service wherever needed.
This is a dynamic, varied role where you’ll shift between different parts of the business throughout each shift - ideal for someone who enjoys staying engaged and working across multiple aspects of service.
No barista or bartending experience required - we’ll train.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare coffee and espresso drinks with consistency and care
Support light bar service (beer, wine, cocktails, kombucha)
Take orders and table service
Run food and beverages, clear tables, and maintain a welcoming dining space
Assist customers in the market - answer questions, make recommendations, and process sales
Provide general bar and floor support including restocking, dishwashing, and cleaning
Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked workspace
Jump in wherever needed to support the team during service
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, present, and comfortable interacting with customers
Able to stay organized and shift between tasks throughout the day
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early morning shifts (7:30am) and weekend service
Previous food, coffee, or retail experience is a plus, but not required
Interest in quality food, beverage, and local products is always a bonus
What You’ll Get:
Consistent, predictable hourly pay (no tip variability)
Paid time off, sick leave and select paid holidays after first 90 successful days
A dynamic, team-oriented work environment
Hands-on experience across multiple areas of a growing food business
Staff discounts and access to thoughtfully sourced products
Opportunities for increased pay with experience and expanded responsibilities
