Company description
Enterprise for Youth connects San Francisco youth ages 14-24 to professional career pathways through paid internships, job readiness training, and employer partnerships. For over 55 years, we have served thousands of young people—primarily students of color from low-income backgrounds—helping them build skills, earn income, and access networks that create long-term economic mobility. We are committed to equity, youth voice, and workforce development excellence.
Our Climate Career Corps program connects young people to environmental career pathways through partnerships with organizations like the National Park Service, California Natural Resources Agency, and local environmental nonprofits. We believe that the climate workforce must reflect the diversity of communities most impacted by environmental challenges.
Enterprise for Youth is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We strongly encourage applications from people of color, immigrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, and others who bring diverse perspectives and lived experiences.
