Job description

Responsibilities
-Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, care, and efficiency
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout service
-Work collaboratively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
-Communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully
-Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while -maintaining attention to detail
-Assist with prep, service, cleaning, and general kitchen operations as needed
-Contribute positively to team culture and daily service flow

What We’re Looking For
-Previous kitchen experience preferred
-Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
-Positive attitude with strong communication skills
-Creative, resilient, and solution-focused mindset
-Passion for hospitality, community, and local agriculture
-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
-Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation:
$20–23/hour plus tips, based on experience, availability, and commitment.
