Join a small sustainable landscaping team. Get paid to work outdoors, learn plants, and build meaningful, lasting landscapes.

Our work centers on creating gardens for the long term—and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that mission.

This is not your typical mow and blow landscaping job. We care deeply about what we build, give great attention to doing the job well and keeping our properties looking great, and we work hard together as a team.

Who This Role Is For

You might be a great fit if you:

-Enjoy working outdoors and aren’t afraid of hard physical work

-Are curious about plants, ecology, or sustainable land care

-Take pride in doing things the right way—not just the fast way

-Show up on time, communicate clearly, and work well on a small team

-Have some gardening or landscaping experience (preferred but not required)
