Job description
Restaurant Manor Rock is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team! This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency in the kitchen, and has a large impact on the restaurant’s vision and culture. The ideal candidate will be a leader and self-starter with a keen eye for detail, a strong ability to multitask, and a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain designated area in compliance with the Department of Health’s standards during all aspects of prep and service
- Quality control of ingredients, procedures, platings
Support the team with butchering
- Be courteous, professional, and kind to guests and co-workers alike; maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Commitment is for 4 days per week, with evening and weekend availability required.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
