Coho Restaurant is a small intimate fine dining restaurant located on San Juan Island, Washington in Friday Harbor. We offer a seasonally changing (menu changes usually 6 times a year) and also provide farm to table catering. We are small team and work very closely together. Coho Restaurant has been in business for over 18 years with a stellar regional reputation.
Job description
This job cooks and works alongside the executive chef to execute our farm to table, ever-changing menu. We utilize organic produce sourced locally and regionally as much as we can and are very intentional in our efforts. This job requires excellent cooking skills and close attention to detail. There is no prep team. This position and the executive chef source, prep and execute this menu together on a nightly basis. This menu will execute our a la carte menu as well as a chef's tasting menu.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
