The Gig
We need a General Manager who's gonna run our AC flagship like it's their own shop. Season is here. The boardwalk is waking up. We need somebody in the door inside two weeks who can hit the ground running and not look back. This ain't a desk job. You're on the floor, in the kitchen, behind the counter, side by side with a crew that grinded through the winter with us.
What You're Running
Day-to-day ops and shift coverage in a high-volume, seasonal pizzeria. Hiring, training, scheduling, building up a crew of line cooks, pizza makers, and counter folks. Food cost, labor cost, real P&L accountability. Inventory, ordering, vendors, waste. The vibe of the room, the customer experience, the reviews. Health, safety, and SQF-level standards (we run a serious shop). Working directly with ownership on growth, events, and brand stuff.
Who You Are
You've run a restaurant before. Pizzeria, QSR, fast-casual, doesn't matter as long as it was busy and you crushed it. You know food cost, labor cost, and a P&L without somebody holding your hand. You lead from the front. You don't ask anybody to do anything you wouldn't do yourself. You hire fast, train faster, and hold a standard without being a jerk about it. Friday night, two-hour wait, oven goes down? You don't blink. And you actually give a damn about food, hospitality, and the people on your line.
What You Get
$75K-$100k base depending on what you bring, plus performance bonus on metrics you can actually move. PTO, employee meals, and a real seat at the table with a brand that's going places. (Mad Mutz, our mozzarella stick brand, is on Shark Tank and sitting in 320 ShopRite stores. We're just getting started.) Direct line to ownership and a real path to grow as we grow.
Compensation
this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $75,000.00 - $100,000.00
