Job description

●Print paperwork for packline

● Update gross margin spreadsheet

● Keep supplies stocked

● Keep spreadsheets updated

● Place orders with Uline, B&G paper and other vendors

● Price comparisons on all products and supplies

● Research for new products, supplies and other odds and ends

● Run reports for staff members

● Calculate wholesale delivery costs

● Pull weekly route report for owner

● Take/update meeting notes

● Other odd jobs as needed

Key Performance Indicators:

● All spreadsheets are up to date

● Clearly communicating with Operations Manager, Creamery Manager, Storage Supervisor, Pack Line Supervisor & Owner

● Feedback from manager

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
