Job description

AASH FARMS – Driver & Farm Assistant

Location: Woodinville
Job hours: minimum 30 hours up to 40 hours per week

Pay: $25-30/hour DOE

Job Summary

AASH Farms is seeking a dependable Driver & Farm Assistant to support produce delivery and daily farm operations. This position combines driving responsibilities with hands-on work in a no-till regenerative farming system.

Delivery & Driving

Operate a box truck or large van for produce pick-up and delivery
Load and unload produce (50+ lbs)
Ensure accurate and timely deliveries

Farm Operations

Assist with planting, harvesting, and field maintenance
Follow food safety and farm protocols
Work within a no-till regenerative farming system

Qualifications

• Comfortable driving a 14-foot box truck and large van
• Cell phone with data plan and understanding of Google Maps
• Ability to work standing for 6+ hours
• Ability to drive routes for up to 8 hours
• Ability to walk, bend, squat, climb, reach, and kneel
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Ability to quickly problem solve and keep a positive attitude when circumstances change
• Reliable and willing to learn
• Interested in local food and sustainable farming
