What You’ll Do
-Execute dishes with consistency, precision, and urgency
-Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout service
-Participate in daily prep and station management
-Work collaboratively with a small, focused team
-Contribute ideas and continuously develop your culinary skills
-Help uphold the standards that define the Serre experience

About Chef Jonas Offenbach
Chef Jonas Offenbach has spent his career training and cooking in some of the most influential and acclaimed restaurants in the United States, including Gramercy Tavern, Contra, Momofuku Ko, and COI. These experiences helped shape a cooking style rooted in classical technique, seasonality, precision, and a deep respect for ingredients.
Over the course of his career, Jonas has developed expertise in fine dining, tasting-menu execution, whole-animal butchery, charcuterie, live-fire cooking, and contemporary French gastronomy. He believes that exceptional restaurants are built on discipline, consistency, teamwork, and a culture of continuous learning.
